Wastewater enters the unit through the spiral sieve section, where thick solids are separated, compacted, and discharged. Sand settles at the bottom of the tank and is removed by spiral conveyors. Fats and floating particles are separated through an air injection system and collected by a surface scraper into the grease hopper.

Container Body: Stainless Steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.

Sieve System: Stainless steel filtering grille with cleaning brush system.

Sand Extraction System: Coreless screw conveyor with wear-resistant polyethylene cradle.

Fat Removal System: Air injection system with motorised surface scraper and collection hopper.
